Who can take part
- You are between 40 and 60 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis in both knees (moderate severity).
- You have had back pain for at least 3 months, but no pain that travels down your leg.
- You have not had knee injections in the last 3 months (steroid) or 6 months (hyaluronic acid).
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 30 or under.
- You have not had any lower back or leg surgery, and you walk without help.
