Health Belief Model-Based Osteoporosis Education Programme

This trial tests whether an education program can improve women's understanding and beliefs about osteoporosis. If you are a woman over 45 without osteoporosis but with risk factors, you may be able to join and learn ways to protect your bone health.

Who can take part

  • You are a woman aged 45 or older.
  • You have never been diagnosed with osteoporosis.
  • You have at least one risk factor for osteoporosis, such as being in menopause, having a family history, not being very active, not getting enough calcium or vitamin D, or having a low body weight.
  • You are willing to attend education sessions at Bartın State Hospital.
  • You can understand and follow the training, and you are able to sign a consent form.
