- You are scheduled for a gallbladder removal surgery
- You are between 18 and 60 years old
- You are healthy or have only mild medical conditions (ASA class 1 or 2)
- You have not had any major abdominal surgery before
- Your gallbladder has not burst (no perforation)
- Surgery is expected to take less than 3 hours and blood loss under 100ml
