Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease.
  • You are between 40 and 85 years old.
  • Your Parkinson's is at a mild to moderate stage (Hoehn and Yahr stage 1-3).
  • You do not have major memory problems (like dementia) or severe depression or psychosis.
  • You do not have serious heart, lung, or other uncontrolled health conditions.
  • You have no other nerve or bone problems that would affect walking or movement tests.
