Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a known thyroid nodule that a doctor is already tracking with regular ultrasounds
  • You can lie flat on your back for 15 minutes
  • You do not have any active wounds, dressings, or skin problems on your neck
  • You have not had any previous thyroid surgery or radiation to your face or neck
  • You do not have any known inflammatory thyroid disease, like Graves' or Hashimoto's
