Who can take part

  • Your child is between 7 and 10 years old.
  • Your child has been diagnosed with a specific learning disability (SLD) by a doctor.
  • Your child regularly attends a special education center for individual support.
  • Your child does not have other conditions like autism, coordination problems, or intellectual disability that would interfere with exercise.
  • Your child has no health problems (including hearing or vision issues) that would make exercise unsafe.
  • Your child is not currently in or has not recently finished physical or occupational therapy.
