Who can take part

  • Your child has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy
  • Your child is between 10 and 17 years old
  • Your child's doctor says it's safe for them to do moderate-intensity exercise (like brisk walking or light jogging)
  • You have a reliable Wi-Fi internet connection at home
  • A caregiver can commit to helping your child set up the VR headset and do the exercises several times per week
  • Your child is not currently very active (doing less than 150 minutes per week of moderate-to-vigorous exercise)
