  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have mild to moderate depression (not severe).
  • You own a smartphone with internet access.
  • You are not currently in another psychotherapy treatment.
  • You can read and speak German well enough for the study.
  • You don't have any brain or medical issues that would affect an MRI scan.
