Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You had stage 1, 2, or 3 breast cancer
- You finished surgery, radiation, and/or chemotherapy within the last year and have no signs of cancer returning
- You feel your daily activities or social life are limited by your condition (score over 10 on a standard scale)
- You can speak English
- You do not have hearing loss that cannot be fixed
- You do not have moderate to severe memory problems
- You do not have a serious mental health condition like schizophrenia or bipolar disorder, current major depression, or active substance abuse
