Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You finished your main breast cancer treatment (surgery, chemo, or radiation) within the last 5 years.
  • You currently do less than 60 minutes per week of moderate-to-vigorous activity (like brisk walking or jogging) and have not changed that much in the last 6 months.
  • You own a smartphone (Android or iPhone) or tablet and are willing to use it for surveys.
  • You are willing to wear a small activity tracker (ActiGraph) during the study periods.
  • You have internet access to fill out online questionnaires.
