Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with systemic sclerosis for less than 2 years.
- Your disease is severe and has not responded to at least two standard medications (like methotrexate or mycophenolate) and one targeted biologic (like tocilizumab).
- You have active skin thickening (score over 15) and lung, kidney, or heart involvement, OR you have a lower skin score but your lung function is declining.
- You are between 18 and 64 years old.
- You have adequate organ function, including kidneys, bone marrow, liver, and lungs.
