- You have advanced liver cancer that cannot be removed by surgery and has spread.
- You have already received at least 2 rounds of an immunotherapy combination (like atezolizumab + bevacizumab) and your cancer got worse.

- You are in generally good health (able to do daily activities) and have adequate liver and blood function.
- You have not had more than one previous cancer treatment for advanced disease and no prior TKI drugs like lenvatinib.
- You have no uncontrolled heart problems, bleeding risks, or active infections.
