Who can take part
- Your liver cancer must be advanced (stage BCLC C) and not removable by surgery or other local treatments.
- You must have already been treated with atezolizumab and bevacizumab (a common first-line treatment) and your cancer must have gotten worse after that.
- Your liver function must be good (Child-Pugh class A) and you cannot have signs of liver failure like fluid in the belly, recent serious bleeding, or confusion.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney lab values must be within certain safe ranges (your doctor can check these).
- You must be able to walk and do most daily activities (ECOG score 0–2).
- You cannot have a history of HIV, organ transplant, or certain bleeding risks.
