- You are 18 years or older
- You have stones in both your gallbladder and the main bile duct
- Your gallbladder stones are small (≤1 cm) or sludge-like
- You have not had gallbladder, bile duct, or prior ERCP surgery
- You have at least one risk factor for pancreatitis after ERCP (your doctor can help determine this)
- Your gallbladder looks normal on imaging, and the wall is thin (≤3 mm)
