  • You are a refugee or migrant with a nursing or paramedical background
  • You have at least a diploma equal to Dutch MBO-4 level
  • You have practical experience, preferably in a hospital
  • You live in one of the three northern provinces of the Netherlands
  • You can learn in a Dutch language course at the University of Groningen
  • You pass a job interview for the program
