Who can take part
- You have advanced kidney cancer (clear cell type) that has spread or can't be surgically removed.
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment (except maybe an older cytokine therapy).
- Your body mass index (BMI) is 20 or higher.
- You are in the IMDC intermediate- or poor-risk group (your doctor can tell you this).
- You are able to eat a plant-based, low-calorie diet for 5 days each cycle and report your health to the study team daily.
