Who can take part

  • You are between 40 and 60 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with cervical spondylosis (arthritis of the neck) and have dizziness or balance problems.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 20 and 25 (healthy range).
  • You have had neck pain for more than 3 months, and the pain is in your neck, possibly spreading to your head or shoulders.
  • You do not have serious illnesses like rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis, or a tumor.
  • You have not had neck surgery, a neck injury, or signs of vascular problems, and you have not taken anti-inflammatory drugs (like ibuprofen) for 2 weeks before treatment.
