Metastatic Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer (mHSPC)

Who can take part

  • Male, age 18–84 with a diagnosis of prostate cancer that has spread (metastatic disease)
  • Cancer must be adenocarcinoma type (not neuroendocrine or other rare subtypes)
  • Special imaging shows 20 or fewer areas of cancer spread, and two types of PET scans match each other
  • No previous cancer treatments, hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy for the prostate
  • Good overall health and organ function (blood counts, liver, kidney tests in acceptable range)
  • Able to undergo radiation therapy and willing to provide blood and tissue samples
