Who can take part
- Male, age 18–84 with a diagnosis of prostate cancer that has spread (metastatic disease)
- Cancer must be adenocarcinoma type (not neuroendocrine or other rare subtypes)
- Special imaging shows 20 or fewer areas of cancer spread, and two types of PET scans match each other
- No previous cancer treatments, hormone therapy, chemotherapy, or radiation therapy for the prostate
- Good overall health and organ function (blood counts, liver, kidney tests in acceptable range)
- Able to undergo radiation therapy and willing to provide blood and tissue samples
