  • You must be between 18 and 55 years old.
  • You must be in good general health, without major medical conditions like heart, lung, or immune disorders.
  • You must not have had a cold, flu, or respiratory infection in the last 4 weeks.
  • You must not have had the flu or a flu vaccine in the past 6 months.
  • You must not have smoked heavily (10 packs per year or more) in the past.
