Who can take part
- You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
- You must have a type of colorectal cancer that has spread to other organs (metastatic).
- Your tumor must be either microsatellite stable (MSS) or mismatch repair proficient (pMMR).
- You cannot have had any prior chemotherapy or other cancer drugs for your advanced disease.
- You must be in reasonably good health, able to care for yourself, and have normal organ function.
- You must agree to provide tumor tissue samples for research.
