Who can take part

  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be able to do most daily activities (ECOG performance 0–1)
  • Have confirmed metastatic or unresectable colon (colorectal) adenocarcinoma
  • Your tumor must be mismatch repair proficient (not mismatch repair deficient or MSI-high)
  • Have had prior colon cancer treatment including 5-fluorouracil and oxaliplatin, and irinotecan-type therapy; and meet specific prior-treatment rules for certain tumor types
