This study looks at how oral nicotine pouches (a type of smokeless tobacco product) affect health. If you use these pouches daily and meet a few other conditions, you may help researchers understand their public health impact.

Who can take part
- You are 21 years or older
- You can read and speak English
- You are willing to avoid tobacco, nicotine, and marijuana for at least 12 hours before each study visit
- You use only oral nicotine pouches (other nicotine products less than 10 times a month)
- You have used oral nicotine pouches daily for at least the past 3 months, and use at least 1.5 cans per week
- You are not pregnant, planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, and do not have unstable psychiatric conditions
