Who can take part

  • You do vigorous exercise (like running, sports, or martial arts) for 2 hours or less each week
  • You can read, write, and speak French fluently
  • You do not have any chronic joint problems (like bad knees or frequent sprains)
  • You do not have any heart conditions (including blocked arteries, valve problems, irregular heartbeat, or high blood pressure)
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You are not taking any banned substances (like performance-enhancing drugs)
