Who can take part

  • You have a BMI between 20 and 29.
  • You have not done any structured weight lifting in the past year.
  • You do light to moderate cardio like jogging or biking no more than 4 times a week.
  • You have never competed in strength sports like powerlifting or bodybuilding.
  • You have no heart, lung, metabolic, muscle, or bone problems that make exercise unsafe.
