Who can take part

  • You are 50 years of age or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with COPD based on a breathing test, and you are a current or former smoker with at least a 10 pack-year smoking history.
  • You have had frequent COPD flare-ups (at least 2 moderate or 1 severe) in the past year.
  • You are currently using a dual long-acting inhaler (LABA and LAMA) in one device for at least 8 weeks.
  • You are up-to-date with your flu and pneumonia vaccines, received at least 1 month ago.
