  • You are between 18 and 42 years old.
  • Your baby was born at 37 weeks or later (full term).
  • You are exclusively breastfeeding (no formula or other foods).
  • Your baby is less than 1 month old.
  • You are not currently taking a multivitamin with folic acid or folate.
