Who can take part
- You are 19 years or older.
- You had at least two types of chemotherapy for colorectal cancer that spread or came back, and your cancer did not respond or you couldn't handle the side effects.
- Your cancer has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic) and doctors expect you to live at least 3 more months.
- You can swallow pills and are in generally good health (able to do normal daily activities with little help).
- You have adequate liver, kidney, and bone marrow function based on blood tests, and your heart rhythm is normal on an ECG.
