Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with stage 1, 2, or 3 triple-negative breast cancer (not stage 4)
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You finished curative (treatment meant to cure) therapy between 1 and 12 months ago
  • You are experiencing at least moderate distress (4 or higher on a 0–10 scale)
  • You can read and understand English or Spanish
