Quick respiratory virus test in urgent care clinics

Who can take part

  • You are older than 1 year old
  • You have signs or symptoms of acute respiratory illness (such as bronchitis, cold, sore throat, or laryngitis)
  • This is your first visit for a respiratory problem during the study period
  • Your symptoms started 10 days ago or less
  • You do not have severe respiratory illness requiring hospitalization
  • You do not have chronic lung disease (such as COPD, emphysema, or pulmonary fibrosis) or other serious respiratory or throat conditions
