Who can take part

  • Diagnosed with hepatocellular carcinoma (liver cancer) confirmed by biopsy or imaging
  • Cancer progressed or became intolerable during first-line immunotherapy (atezolizumab + bevacizumab, durvalumab + tremelimumab, or nivolumab + ipilimumab)
  • At least one measurable tumor visible on imaging
  • Liver function and blood counts meet specific thresholds (hemoglobin ≥8.5, platelets ≥60,000, bilirubin <3.5, albumin ≥2.5)
  • No severe heart disease, gastrointestinal bleeding risk, or other major organ problems in the past 3–6 months
  • Willing to use effective birth control for 6 months after last study dose (if able to have children)
