Who can take part
- Age 18–75 and female
- Breast cancer confirmed by biopsy with spread to the lungs, seen on imaging
- Cancer has grown after at least one round of chemotherapy for advanced disease
- At least one lung tumor spot ≥10 mm (about the size of a pea) that hasn't been treated with radiation
- Adequate organ function (normal blood counts, liver, kidney, and heart)
- Able to tolerate treatment and expected to live at least 3 months
