Who can take part
- Your breast cancer has come back in the chest wall area and cannot be fully removed with surgery because of close/positive margins
- You are 18 years or older
- Your general health is fairly good (you can do most daily activities; performance status 0–2)
- You are expected to live more than 2 years
- You can give informed consent and attend follow-up visits
- You do not have certain major heart problems or devices that make heating unsafe
