Who can take part
- Age 18–75 years old
- Advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer confirmed by imaging (CT or MRI) that cannot be surgically removed right now
- High AFP blood levels (more than twice the normal limit) or AFP detected in a tumor biopsy
- Good overall health and organ function; able to handle treatments without major heart problems
- No prior chemotherapy, immunotherapy, or stomach cancer surgery
- No other cancer diagnoses in the past 5 years; no autoimmune diseases or immune system disorders
