Who can take part
- You are 18–65 years old
- You have had neck pain for at least 3 months that is not caused by a specific condition like disc herniation or infection
- Your pain level is at least 4 on a 0–10 pain scale
- Your neck movement is limited by at least 20% compared to normal
- You have not received other neck treatments (physical therapy, medication, or acupuncture) in the past month
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or have severe heart, liver, kidney, blood, or mental health conditions
