- You are between 18 and 45 years old
- Your BMI (weight-to-height ratio) is between 18 and 28, and you weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women)
- You are in good overall health with no diabetes, prediabetes, or thyroid problems

- You do not use recreational drugs and limit alcohol to 14 drinks per week or less
- You are willing to use effective birth control for 3 months after the study ends (if applicable)
