Who can take part

  • Your child is under 17 years old if uveitis started recently (within 6 months), or under 18 if it started more than 6 months ago
  • Your child has been diagnosed with uveitis (eye inflammation) that is not from an injury or surgery
  • Your child's uveitis is not caused by trauma (eye injury) or post-operative complications (problems after eye surgery)
  • No immediate family members work at the research center or are involved with this study
  • Your child does not have certain other eye conditions like retinoblastoma, Coat's disease, or inherited retinal problems
