  • Child is between 3 and 18 years old
  • Child has a bowel movement disorder (such as constipation or fecal incontinence) without a blockage
  • No mechanical blockage in the digestive tract confirmed by testing
  • Both child and parent/guardian give informed consent to participate
  • Child can safely have an MRI scan (no pacemaker, metal implants, or need for sedation)
  • Child does not have epilepsy, inflammatory bowel disease, or recent fractures in the lower spine area
