Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years old or younger.
  • You must have had a rectal biopsy to check for Hirschsprung disease.
  • You must not have had surgery for Hirschsprung disease or an anorectal malformation in the past 12 months.
  • You must not have an intellectual disability, spinal abnormality, cancer, or a condition that affects bowel control.
  • You must be able to attend study visits and participate in the tests.
