Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older
- You have a confirmed moderate to severe traumatic brain injury (TBI) with imaging proof
- You are admitted to the hospital's neurosurgery or critical care unit and need monitoring devices placed in or around your brain
- Treatment can start within 48 hours of your hospital admission
- You (or your legal representative) can give informed consent
- Your scalp is intact without severe injuries or open wounds at the treatment area
