- You are at least 16 years old
- You are either a healthcare worker or a member of the public with no medical training required
- You are willing to volunteer and participate in CPR practice
- You do not have heart, lung, or bone/joint problems that would make CPR practice unsafe for you
- You do not have physical or mental health conditions that would prevent you from safely performing CPR
- You can participate without technical issues during the session
