Who can take part
- You are between 45 and 80 years old
- You have been diagnosed with idiopathic Parkinson's disease (early to moderate stage, Hoehn & Yahr stages I–III)
- Your Parkinson's medication is stable and working well for you right now
- You have normal or near-normal memory and thinking skills (no advanced dementia)
- You don't have serious vision, hearing, or movement problems unrelated to Parkinson's
- You are able and willing to use virtual reality equipment for rehabilitation sessions
