Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older with an advanced solid tumor that cannot be surgically removed and has spread.
  • Your tumor has not responded to or you cannot tolerate available treatments.
  • You are able to get out of bed and take care of yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • Your kidneys and liver work well enough (certain blood test results required).
  • You have enough white blood cells and platelets (based on blood tests).
  • If you or your partner could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during and for 3 months after treatment.
