Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older, and you can sign consent papers.
- Your tumor is HER2-positive from prior testing (HER2 on the tumor tissue).
- Your cancer is advanced or metastatic, not removable by surgery, and you’ve run out of standard treatment options (or couldn’t tolerate them).
- You’re able to function fairly well (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- Heart function is strong enough (left ventricular ejection fraction at least 50% on echo/MUGA).
- Your blood counts and major organs (kidney, liver, etc.) meet lab safety levels, checked within about 14 days of starting treatment.
