- Age 12 or older
- Confirmed diagnosis of EBV-associated blood cancer (lymphoma, leukemia, or similar)
- Cancer has either not responded to standard treatment or you choose this vaccine as additional protection
- No active hepatitis B, hepatitis C, HIV, or syphilis
- No brain involvement from cancer or brain swelling requiring steroids
- No uncontrolled infections, severe heart/lung/kidney disease, or blood clotting problems
