  • You are currently pregnant with one baby (not twins or multiples)
  • You are between 18 and 40 years old
  • Your pre-pregnancy body mass index (BMI) is 18.5 or higher
  • You do not have serious health conditions like HIV, cancer, heart disease, or diabetes
  • You do not have an allergy to eggs or other choline-rich foods
  • Your baby does not have known birth defects or abnormalities
