Pirtobrutinib for B-Cell Lymphoma Resistant to Prior Therapy

Mature B-Cell Lymphoma

Treatments studied

Part of Blood & lymphatic, Cancer clinical trials.

This study tests pirtobrutinib, a new drug similar to ones you may have already tried, in patients whose B-cell lymphoma (a blood cancer) stopped responding to or caused side effects from prior BTK inhibitor treatments. The goal is to see if this different drug works better for people in your situation.

NCT06588478Recruiting· Phase 2
Study of pirtobrutinib for CLL or SLL

This trial tests a new drug called pirtobrutinib for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL). It is for those whose cancer has come back or not responded to treatment, including a prior BTK inhibitor, and also for those who have never been treated but have a specific genetic change (17p deletion).

Pirtobrutinib after zanubrutinib for chronic lymphocytic leukemia

This trial tests a new drug, pirtobrutinib, for people with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have already been treated with zanubrutinib (a similar BTK inhibitor). The goal is to see if switching to pirtobrutinib can help control the disease.

Study of pirtobrutinib in first-line CLL/SLL

This study tests a new oral medication called pirtobrutinib in people with previously untreated CLL or SLL. Researchers will collect blood and lymph node samples to understand how the immune system responds to the drug.

Pirtobrutinib for older adults with CLL

This trial tests a new pill, pirtobrutinib, for people 75 or older with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) who have never had treatment before. The goal is to see if it helps control the disease with manageable side effects.

NCT07342478Recruiting· Phase 3
Comparing two BTK inhibitors for CLL/SLL after prior treatment

This study compares two oral targeted therapies, rocbrutinib and pirtobrutinib, for people with CLL or SLL whose disease has come back or stopped responding after treatment with a covalent BTK inhibitor (like ibrutinib). The goal is to see which drug works better and has fewer side effects.
