- No chronic medical conditions, serious skin conditions at the injection site, or recent hospitalizations (within 60 days)
- No history of cancer, serious bleeding disorders, hepatitis B, or abnormal heart rhythm (ECG)
- No use of prescription medications (except birth control), investigational drugs in the last 30 days, or siRNA treatments in the last 12 months
- No heavy smoking (more than 10 cigarettes per day), alcohol or drug abuse in the past year, or positive drug/alcohol test
