Who can take part

  • You must be 18–65 years old and in generally good health with no chronic medical conditions
  • Your body mass index (BMI) must be between 18.0 and 32.0, and you must weigh at least 50 kg (110 lbs)
  • Your blood clotting tests (APTT, PT, INR, and Factor XI activity) must be normal
  • You cannot have hepatitis B or C, cancer, or a history of alcohol or drug abuse
  • You agree to avoid activities that could cause serious bleeding and use contraception if applicable for 360 days after the study drug
  • You cannot have used prescription medications, investigational drugs, or donated blood within the required timeframes
