Who can take part

  • This is your first pregnancy and you had a vaginal delivery (not C-section)
  • You are 6 to 12 weeks after giving birth
  • You have no symptoms of pelvic floor weakness (no leaking urine, no organ sagging)
  • You do not have metallic implants or electronic devices (pacemaker, IUD with metal, insulin pump, etc.)
  • You are in good overall health with no serious heart, lung, blood clotting, or cancer conditions
  • You had a single baby (not twins or multiples)
