Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 55 years old
- Have a BMI between 19 and 28
- Weigh at least 50 kg (men) or 45 kg (women)
- Be a non-smoker or smoke fewer than 5 cigarettes per day
- Not take any prescription or over-the-counter medicines, including herbal supplements, in the 2 weeks before the study starts
- Avoid caffeinated drinks, grapefruit, and poppy seeds for 48 hours before the study
- Have no history of lung disease, asthma, or other significant medical conditions
- Be willing to practice good birth control and avoid pregnancy or sperm/egg donation during the study and for 90 days after the last dose
